Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests made for subscriptions, digital products, and services offered through the Vekta website and mobile application.
Subscription & Purchase Terms
Account Information
Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automated charges at the end of your current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal date. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be granted, but recurring billing will be canceled.
Free Trials: If you do not cancel prior to the end of your trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Refunds for post-trial conversions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
One-Time Purchases: Add-ons or one-time digital goods are non-refundable once accessed or activated, unless experiencing an irremediable technical flaw on our side.
Mobile In-App Purchases
Payment processing rules vary depending on where you purchased your Vekta subscription:
Apple App Store (iOS): Apple manages all payments and billing directly. Vekta cannot issue refunds for iOS purchases. Please submit refund requests directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play Store (Android): Requests within 48 hours of purchase can be processed directly via Google Play. After 48 hours, contact Vekta support directly with your Google Play order number.
