Google User Data Policy Compliance

Vekta’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Account Information

When you connect your Google Account to the Vekta website or mobile application, Vekta accesses only the data required to perform user-facing features:

  • Account Information: Basic account details (such as name and email address) to authenticate your account.

  • API Scopes: Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive and/or other services that you approve to enable investor matching, competitive intelligence, and AI generated recommendations

  1. How We Use Your Information

Core Service Provision: Data accessed via Google APIs is used exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve Vekta’s direct features.

  • No Advertising: Google API user data is never used, transferred, or sold for serving advertisements, targeted marketing, or profiling.

  • AI Model Training: Data obtained through Google APIs is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models

  1. Data Transfer & Human Access

  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not transfer your Google data to third parties, except as required by applicable law, during corporate restructuring, or to essential sub-processors required to provide service features.

  • Human Readability Controls: Human employees do not read your raw Google API data unless you provide explicit consent for troubleshooting, it is necessary for security investigation, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for operational analysis.

You can view or revoke Vekta’s access at any time through your Google Account Security Settings. To request full deletion of your Vekta account data, contact us at support@tryvekta.com.
