To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vekta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to Vekta in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid Vekta, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the changes.
